Hello.
My data remaining says data left is zero but this is incorrect as I am not in country and have not used this data.
I also cannot see online chat on my EE online to reach EE.
Can anyone help.

As you are outside EU you cannot use your UK allowance there. So your data will show as 0 unless you buy a roaming data add-on.

@FANO The live chat is for contract customers only so if you’re on pay-as-you-go unfortunately you cannot use live chat. Depending on where you are you can use data from your tariff allowance in the EU you don’t get free data abroad.

To use data outside of the EU you would need to purchase a data add-on.
