No, the usage figures are in MBs. So 31612.1 MB = 31.6121 GB
However I wouldn't put any trust in the usage figures shown by MyEE for BB's View Recent Broadband Data Usage . They are either unbelievably high or zero! It doesn't really matter as EE BB is unlimited. Also see High Upload Data Usage!
