I have registered for the discount. Received confirmation but no discount has been applied to my direct debit

NHS discounts are not applicable for BB only mobile.

I’ve just been sold a package deal based on NHS discounts applied to my BB and phone contracts 

 

I would have taken this deal if they could not have been applied

 

i was sold 100gb but only need 12gb. I was relying on discounts

Was it an EE Perk discount code that you used? Where did you take out your package?

 

Was it through the EE website, over the phone with us or through an EE retail store?

I took out my contracts EE Talbot green , mid Glamorgan South Wales

Did that text message come through after the date the bill was produced, @Reeves1?

 

It could be that you get double discount next month. If you're not happy with the way the contract was sold, or if the overall price is wrong, I'd recommend going back into the store to discuss this.
