NHS data not working

I have no data at all.  Why is this.  I am registered for NHS unlimited.  My plan shows this.  But as soon as I try to use my mobile data there is no connection.

@Laine2019   It might just be there is a network issue in your area,  have a look at THIS and use the check network tab. 

Thanks.  I’ll have a look at that.  But it’s been like this for weeks and now travelling further afield its within different areas eg 50 mile radius.  

@Laine2019   Ok it’s not a network issue if it’s a 50m mile radius.   Just to check cellular data is enabled and cellular data is enabled for all the apps on your device?   

Yes mobile data enabled.

If it's showing that you have unlimited data, it should be working OK, @Laine2019.

When WiFi is turned off on your phone, does it display 4G in the top right corner?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone?

 

Are you having trouble using data on both apps and for browsing online?
