My upfront payment has been refunded

Hello, 

 

I recently paid an upfront fee for a set of Airpod pros, this has now been refunded back to me. These were not in stock at the time. Does this mean that the order has been cancelled?

If your upfront payment has been refunded then unfortunately the order has been cancelled.

If you've been refunded, this would usually mean that the order has been cancelled.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can double check for you, and help you place a new order if that's what you're looking to do.
