Hi XraySpeX,
I recently added a second phone (my uncle's) to my pay monthly account. A few days ago, I checked his data usage and then logged in yesterday to check again but couldn't locate his account...anywhere! Do you know what's happened?

When you log into the desktop My EE site, is the other number on the drop-down list in the top-right corner, @Sentimental?

They'll be able to check that everything is set up as it should be from our side.
