Where has my itemised billing gone

I pay 2.50 for my itemised billing and it has disappeared off my account? What is going on? As has my add-ons

Welcome to the community. 

 

If you are using the app, is this the same in your My EE account online? 

 

Does your bill still show as itemised?

 

Which add-on's are missing?

I am unable to access the app as keep getting error message and my itemised bill that I pay for each month no longer shows up. It was fine until 3 days ago

I can access my account online but still my itemised billing does not show
