Hi I’ve been waiting from 5th October for my iPhone 13 pro max still says waiting for confirmation of order. 20 days still no phone if EE don’t have them in stock why pay Kevin bacon all that money for advertising them , it seems like EE are getting things wrong thank for reading. Scott.
@Scotty2dotty a device on order is not the same as a device in stock. And Apple make the device not EE. Apple can not produce them quickly enough to keep up with demand.
Have you tried calling customer services about the this order ?
