My order - advise please

Hi, I know you're probably very busy but need some help on my order please, I ordered a Nokia 3310 on 15th September 2000 and still haven't received it, is there any update please? I was told on the phone at the time that it was in stock and would be here within 7 days but it's been over 20 years now and i'm getting a bit impatient.
