My ee account can not associate to ee community

I have another my EE account which can login to app or on web normally. But once I try to get in to ee community section, it just keep log me out. Any community moderator here can help me solve out the problem? I can provide the account name as needed, thanks.

 

Other accounts can get in to ee community on same device with no problem, so I can asume something goes wrong in that account. Or is there way to cancel the ee account so I can use the same email to re-create again?

@Katie_B  problem solved by give up the account, edit email which used for login, release the email by filling in another one temporary one. And use the email to do register an new account. The original account is broken to ee community somehow, gave it up and problem solved.

Are you able to try login to the community before logging in to your My EE?

 

If you wish to cancel an EE online account please give us a call so a member of our customer service team can help remove this.

Thanks for your reply @Katie_B , my email can not login to ee community before or after login my ee. It stays reload at login page. While other email can. Is it possible to solve the problem here by providing my account? 150 is just so hard to get reached

Does your other account use a different email to the account your currently logged into?

 

Have you tried another browser?

 

Our customer service team has access to My EE accounts so will be able to view the accounts.

Yes @Katie_B , i use different email address other than this account, i had try login different browser, different computer, also try clear cookies, all not work. It's the problem of the account, can log in my ee but not ee community.
