Hi i placed my order for the iPhone 12 Pro Max 5G 512GB Graphite on the 12th December and still have no phone delivered could someone please update me on why its delayed

There are several threads about this, that stocks are not arriving due to the pandemic and Apple not able to keep up with demand, as parts are difficult to get for the phones.

 

Deliveries are also done on first come first serve, so if others have ordered before you, they will receive it first. Ringing customer service, they may have an idea when you are likely to receive it, but can say, it is worth the wait, as I have the gold one and love it, but have 256GB storage, for me ample. Here in the forum we cannot give you an update.
