My blue light discount code is not working

I have entered my blue light discount code and it will not give me the 20% discount. I have spoken to someone who also tried and I was advised that I may need to get a new code. I have gotten a new code and I still have the same issue.

Did you register on the EE Perk Portal to get the perk codes? 

If so, what happens when you enter this on the EE Shop?
