I have spoken before to a member of staff referring to my account as at present I cannot afford my monthly account as I do not work due to health issues and have asked to cancel my contract and was told I can’t and have to keep on paying so what help can I have as to this issue

Sorry you are not able to work due to health issues, but unfortunately there is no account access and you will have to speak to EE customer service, to see how they can help, as you cannot just cancel without paying off the rest of your contract. Due to the current situation, they have helped others, give them another call.
