I have been trying to get onto myEE and the myEE app and each time I put in the code sent to me by EE after entering my phone number I get message telling the site is down and EE are working on a resolution. This wouldn't be so bad but this has been going on since March. I'm no IT Tech but surely EE should have fixed the problem by now? If this doesn't get resolved soon I will have to change network to one that has an online app that works

@Billwill61 Call customer services are request that they reset your online account. My EE only goes down when EE are doing account maintenance and sometimes when you try and login after this planed maintenance you get this error and until you request your account to be reset it’ll continue to have this error. EE doesn’t know who has this error so you need to call to have it your account reset.

I've the same problem Ive not been able to get into rhe my ee for a couple of weeks now

Are you unable to access the My EE app and My EE online?
