My pack did not renew automatically although I have enough credit. 

 

Can someone help, please?

£10 data pack - 2GB data, 100 minutes please. I'm using the same pack for years now. Not starting it early

'You need to add some credit to pay for your Pack, please top up at ee.co.uk/myee. Your pack will then start automatically.
