My EE Apple Music subscription isn’t showing my Apple account

I’ve recently decided to get the Apple Music add on and I’ve done what I needed to do got the text etc. But nothing is  showing in my subscription page on my Apple account? It’s saying it expires 1st Jan which obviously is a couple of days away and I’m concerned that I’m going to lose all of my stored music on there and I’ll have to download it all again

@Luke_Person1234   You’ll not loose anything at all,  you just sign back in to the same account and it’ll all be there again.    

did you use the link in the return message from EE to link your accounts together?   If you already have a subscription you have to terminate that subscription and allow that to finish before you start up with the EE offer.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes I clicked on the link and then it went straight to my Apple Music app on my iPhone and it gave me to options and I think I clicked on the option that gave to get the EE offer of Apple Music and then it just disappeared and then I double checked on my subscription page on the App Store and it said my Apple Music expires on the 1st Jan

After your Apple Music subscription with Apple has ended your EE Apple Music should start for you.

 

If you log into your My EE app do you have Apple Music showing in your add-ons?

 

Can you let us know how you get on after this has ended?

My Apple Music seems to all working through the EE Add-On now thank you 


But I can’t remember how long I’ve the Add-On, I suppose anyone wouldn’t be able to know how long I’ve got it for?

I’ve just had another look and I think I found I’ve got it for 6 Months


Is there anyway you can maybe double check at all? But no worries if you can’t.
