Kids smart watch gps sim not working

Hi I have just brought a kids gps tracker smart watch that says it supports 4g on any network. But trying to set it up and the sim isn’t working in it. I have registered the sim in a different phone and put credit on it but when trying to call from the watch it just says sim error. There is no sign of the watch having a sim in it. There is no signal icon in the watch face either. Has anyone any idea of what could be wrong? Thank you

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It’s ok, we have sorted it out now thank you very much for replying tho.
