hi i am trying to switch my current number payg to EE sim card payg
but can't do it at the moment, getting a ERROR msg like: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ENTER THE RIGHT PHONE NUMBER .IT MUST BE A UK PHONE NUMBER AND START WITH 07...
Everything is correct and i have both numbers correct and also the PAC CODE FROM my current provider, but still can't do it
any help please???

@James_B activated you mean the EE Card?
do i have to do that before i transfer the number to EE/PAC?

Yes, you'll need to activate the EE SIM before you can transfer your number over to it.

@ James_B so basically just follow the steps on activation pack/TOP UP £10,etc?

@James_B and how long will it take for that to happen?will it be straight away, after i activate the EE CARD/PAC AND also top-up the £10?
will i be without a phone number or not ?

That's right @js632
Please allow up to 24 hours for your SIM to activate before starting your number transfer. You'll be able to use your temporary EE number as soon as the SIM is activated and your old SIM will also remain active until your number transfer completes.
