Moving credit from one pay as you go phone to another

  • Hi, my dad has recently passed away and has around £28 credit on his phone my mum also has an EE pay as you go mobile can his credit be moved to my mums ?

PAYG credit is not normally transferable but if you Use the online form to tell us about an account holder's death giving the account holder’s name and number & a number to contact you on, you may get a refund.
