I have tried absolutely everything but cannot use my mobile data?

What's the problem when you try to use mobile data? And what have you tried? (You've not told us, so we don't know!!)

 

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Is mobile data enabled on your device? Do you have signal bars showing? Can you make & receive calls?
