Mobile Data Stopped Working

Data has suddenly stopped working, I’ve tried everything recommended on previous posts, reset network data, switch aeroplane mode on and off, checked content lock, switched content lock on and restarted and then off and restarted. Any other suggestions please?

No, still not working. I switched in on this morning at work, couldn’t connect to anything but I received an iMessage at some point so it must have been on briefly. I’m stumped and really confused 🤷‍♀️

By switching it on at work do you mean your phone or mobile data?

 

Are there any reported problems within the area? you can check this using the status checker

I mean mobile data, I only have it on when I need to rather than it being on permanently. I’ve already checked to see if there’s any network issues.......there isn’t 😞

Are you able to switch this on and keep it on for some time to see if your mobile data activates?
