Mobile Data Add-On

Hi,

We bought a PAYG 4GEE Data Sim for an iPad that we gifted to our grandparents. The Sim came with 6Gb for 3 months. The pack is due to expire in 3 days. We want to add the same package, 6Gb data for 90 days. The price is £17, but can I add the add-on remotely? I know I can top up on my EE account but do I have to add the add-on from the device? If so, can you please provide step by step instructions as I'll need to do this over the phone with the grandparents.

Is this a pay as you go pack or an add-on? It sounds from your description that it's a pack.

it’s a pay as you go data sim that came pre filled with 6GB of data. 

I know we need to go to add-on.ee.co.uk but I’m not sure what happens after here.

Head to that add-on.ee.co.uk link. Click 'Buy Data', then choose the add-on that you'd like.

Is it straight forward? I’m going to have to run an 80 year old through it over the phone. 

So as simple as go to add-on.ee.co.uk click buy add-on and selecting the 6GB one?
