Hi
i have changed the password on my WiFi mini ( the under the battery cover password). But really wanted to change the WiFi key to something easier to remember. How do I do that? Step by step instructions required as very not techy

I presume you mean you've changed your router's admin pwd. Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with this admin password & look under the Wireless Settings tab. There you should be able to see your WiFi pwd in clear & change it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I have the same problem. The solution doesn't work because the original key (password) is deemed incorrect. It is correct because I use it to connect to the box. What's the solution? Thanks.

@Carlo60 : Factory reset the router & the WiFi pwd will return to its default.
How do you mean by a correct pwd is deemed incorrect? By what?
