Upgraded to 10GB plan on 24 July (received email confirmation) with new device, but have not been able to view new plan details in app or ee.co.uk (try again later). Now appear to have been billed for my old plan, dialling 150 simply leads to a long wait. I suspect the SIM has not been updated 🤷♂️ Grateful for advice!

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the reply?
Also, if you visit add-on.ee.co.uk how much data is showing?

Both show 4GB remaining of a 4GB allowance (same as old plan + add ons).
