I have just a daz or so received my new phone, samsung galaxy a21s, and had the sim act8only today, the agent assured me the sim would be okay after but, after making a call to my mom have not been able to make any more out calls,even to my mom. A message says "not registered on network". Is it because I still have the old phone active? I cannot even call 150.
