Made a new order last Thursday but still received an delivery date yet

Hi I made an order last week for an additional contract on my account but haven’t received a delivery date yet please help  my order number is xko280685951

Unfortunately we have no customer account access on here, the only thing I can suggest is for you to call customer service on 150. 

 

They close at 9PM and reopen at 8AM.
