Order

I added a wireless charger and Fitbit to my contract. I received the charger yesterday but when I look on my account neither are there. I have no emails either to track the Fitbit.

upgrade

I odered my upgrade last friday, i have a confirmation email. But since then nothing, no delivery date or txts. Even though it says dispatched in 1 day. I have tried calling 150 but end up on hold for an hour.

Has my order been accepted

I have put in an order for upgrade and it says it’s being processed am I going to be getting my upgrade? Or is there chance it can be turned down?
