Hi, I could do with some advice please.
Today is my 1st day of bb with ee, I left talk talk as I was encountering low download but normal upload speed. Average down was 4meg...I was paying for 53meg. I had 4 BT engineer visits and fault has never been fixed for longer than an hour so I thought I'd move to EE as thought it may have been the provider but I'm still getting the same issue so clearly an issue with the line as all BT engineers said no issue with inside house. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.
If you would like help with your BB speed or connection issues, please would you carry out the following steps for starters, which will enable us to diagnose the problem and advise you further. Do not restart your router to do these tests:
1. Post your full router stats:
Full router stats are key to any speed & connection issues.
2. Try a wired speedtest, using an Ethernet cable supplied with the router, here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.
3. What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Edit, seems he can post quicker than I can copy and paste!
The Broadband Guru @XRaySpeX normally ask for answers to the following question, which will help with diagnosis:

Sorry, @Mikejb73 , that's not the router stats, which are most important to know. Login and follow exactly the route: Advanced Settings/ Technical Log/ Information (not the Event Log). Obscure your names & any numbers in the BB Username & also the SSIDs.

You may be better off putting some words around this as it can sometimes take a while for the Pictures you've Posted to be approved.
