Hi, I need to cancel a lost sim. I’m unable to ring at the moment so was wondering if I could do this on line?

@AmberRoxx you can order a replacement sim via your MyEE account this would deactivate your old (lost) sim and you would also get a new one posted to you

No, you must phone CS to report a lost SIM.
