London underground wifi

Going around in circles here trying to get on to London underground wifi. Spoke with Customer care, they said they'd send me a message and all will be sorted. It's not. Never had any issues with Three. This could send me back to them

What kind of phone do you use?

The steps aren't anything new from what I had said I had been trying before
on the phone call.

What happens when you try to connect to EE WiFi-auto using the EAP method?

I could use it with Three, no problems. There is no option on the screen
for EAP. Again, I have been through this already on the call with EE.

Clicked the EE icon, brings me to a page asking for Phone number and
password,
