Hello,

I bought a 15 pound pay as you go sim a couple of months ago. I have topped up a couple of times during that time with 15 pounds each month. Unfortunately, I still can't connect to the London Underground wifi. I'm on android and I keep getting authentication error even tho I set authentication to eap sim

Is there anything else that I have to do?

Thanks

Cheers

Hi @EELondonUser,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

When was the last time you topped up?

You need to have topped-up in the last 30 days to be able to use WiFi on the London Underground.

Hello, I last topped up 15 pounds on the 5th or 6th of October. I tried it at multiple occasions after the top up, e.g. ylthe next day, a week later etc.

Hello @EELondonUser

Thanks for confirming.

I would recommend reporting this to our technical care team who can look into this further for you.
