Login issue to my account

MartinClift

The other day I went online and got a PAC code. Since then I can't login through my app or on my pc.

I am asked for my email address, my password, then it asks for my mobile number. I then get a number by message and this number I add to the login details. I am still getting the same message about an error and that they can't log me in.

I haven't changed my details as EE app is protected by thumb print, so even using this it's the same problem.

I feel a bit like a naughty boy, who's not being allowed to play!

Any ideas of what the problem is and how I might get round the issue without waiting on the phone for ages?

Thanks in advance.

Why did you ask for a PAC? Have you used it? Have you given it to another network?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi @MartinClift

I'm not sure these two things are related.

Could you try clearing your cache/cookies? Or try logging in from another device or browser?

Thanks 🙂

Chris

I decided to change networks to get a better deal, however, I have not used the PAC code yet.

I now have a situation where I can login, but, I am asked to register!?

I can see some of my account pages, but not what phone I have, my payments made or contract.

I get the same issue from my phone, pc. I pad and my wife's mobile.

Hi @MartinClift

When you get a PAC the system can see it as a cancellation, but it shouldn't stop access to your account.

Is this the same on the app and the website?

Thanks

Chris
