Among us connection issues

Hi is among us blocked in some way by the broadband? My sons phone and gaming pc will start a game but then he gets kicked out of it. I have a vodaphone contract phone and if I tether my sons phone to my data it will work no problem so I can only assume it is we broadband?

Have you set any parental settings up on your router that may be blocking the connection?

If do, please try disable the parental settings and retry

It'll be in the router settings, open a web browser on your computer and either go to 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1

What is the URL of your Among us server?

@Kirigaya_Kazuto : There are no Parental Control settings on EE's usual routers.
