I’ve been out of contract a few months. I’ve changed to another provider but haven’t had any confirmation from EE of me leaving or of the financial situation as I’ve just payed an EE phone bill 2 days before switching. Why no confirmation email?

@Hurric75 : How did you move to another provider? Did you use a PAC you obtained from EE? If you didn't your EE contract won't have been cancelled & will just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

My Apple Music subscription is still working, I’ll renew with Apple after that ends. Hoping for a refund on my £21 monthly phone bill with EE

Hi , I’m hoping EE will owe me something. When I started the 18 month contract I’m pretty sure I paid the first month up front. I’m not a 100% on that , was almost 2 years ago.

@Hurric75 your first bill would of been a month in advance.
