Hello, does anyone know how I go about leaving positive feedback for a member of staff? I just spoke to a lovely woman called Paula who really helped me. I’ve been receiving lots of weird texts and phone calls claiming that my number had rung them when I hadn’t. She sent me so much useful information and went out of her way to make sure I knew all my possible options. I’d love for her to be recognised as these types of people are few and far between? Thank you 🙂
