Hello,
I've ordered a replacement sim for prepaid three times now and none have arrived. I've waited for 3 weeks all together now and my account is topped up. What else can I do for the sim card to arrive?

@n33n How did you order ? If you ordered online did you receive the text message that is sent to your sim.

I was on chat with an EE representative who advised me to order online. The previous SIM does not work anymore.

@n33n You have to call to order a replacement sim if your current on doesn’t work. EE send you a message if your ordering online to confirm it’s you that is ordering the sim obviously this can not happen if your sim isn’t working. It even states you need to call if your sim isn’t working on the online order form.
