Hi there, I purchased an EE sim about a week ago and IT never arrived even though it said it did. I cant call the helpline because now I have no working phone or network. Please help me.

Thanks for coming to the community.
SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive and are delivered by Royal Mail.
Was the SIM card on pay as you go or pay monthly?

It was pay monthly - the first payment has left my account and it has been more than 5 days
