Just bought EE pack this week. My 4G data speeds are shocking. Trying to work remotely in video calls on <1 Mb/s download and upload. Why is this? I obviously chose the wrong network.

There's a few possible reasons for this. You've mentioned an EE pack, so I presume you're on PAYG?
What device are you using? How long has this been a problem for?
Have you checked for known issues on the coverage & status checker ?
