Hello
I want to cancel EE online without switching providers.
how do I do this online? And avoid international call charges and long waiting call lines.
thanks!

Hi @Hananshacra,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
If you're not switching to another provider, you'll need to request a standard disconnection.
You'll be required to provide at least 30 days notice, even if the minimum term of your contract has ended, during which time we'll continue to provide you with our service.
It isn't possible to give notice to cancel online so please get in touch with Customer Care.

Calling EE C/S is free of charge within the EU, but will be chargeable from any other country.
You also write to EE giving your disconnection notice by post.
The alternative method, if you have a subscription with another provider, is obtain your STAC from EE - not to be confused with a PAC. The process to use a STAC is explained under point 3 of this EE help article.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
