Hi There,
I am leaving EE and got a PAC code already. I've checked the charge to pay and '0' amount of charge I have to clear up.
I've tried to call 150 though, no one answers for 15 mins.
If I have my PAC code and the other provider process and completes switching my number, Is there nothing to do for leaving EE and just wait for the other provider to change my phone number?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.
