Keeping Old legacy Number

m33nya
Visitor

Hi, I would like to move my legacy pay monthly account to pay as you go EE acount. However my legacy pay monthly account had already elapsed 3 months ago. Would I still be able to keep my old legacy number (if still available) when I order a new SIM pack pay as you go account?

Thanks

Brian

Hi @m33nya

Thanks for coming to the community.

If the contract is now cancelled, the number would have been recycled.

You would get a new number with the Pay as you go SIM card.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

What do you mean by "elapsed"? These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade.
