Itemised usage

I have tried a few times over the last few days for a breakdown of my data usage,all i get it an error message.

If that's the case what is the 'See your itemised usage' supposed to show?
I'm also getting the same error message on both app and website.

Itemised billing will show calls made from your line and any out of allowance charges.

Ok, but this is for a home router not a mobile, so I don’t make calls using this account. Perhaps the content could be clearer.

@Perelleo707 : Do you mean a mobile BB router with a SIM? If so, you can still send texts & these will be itemised.
