What is the charge for itemised billing? Is it charged per number on the account or does one charge cover all numbers?

They do itemise when there is charge, they just don’t itemise everything else like other networks.

They don't charge you to tell you that you have extra charges.
Extra charges will always be on your bill.
If you want everything itemised like every call and text that falls within your normal allowance this is chargable.
This is to pay for the admin involved to do it.

This sounds like a fraud a rip off. I was charged 174£ and 183£ in my bill. When asked they said I have used more than the call allowance. I am sure I haven't and when i asked for proof They said they cant give be proof as I am not opted for itemised billing.
They cannot say that, We charged you and you are liable to pay. but EE is not liable to explain why they charged.
They forcing me to go to go to Ombudsman, which I did with all evidence of chat.

Hi @Ranjana
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you log into your My EE account and select Bills and Payments, then View Bill, do you have any extra charges showing on the bill?
Thanks.
Leanne.

Hi @Ranjana ,
Although Ofcom cannot handle individual complaints, it may be useful to fill out their monitoring form.

Does it work historically or just moving forwards
Itemised billing is not retrospective and will only be applicable from the point it's applied to your account.
