I know there a million and one discussions about this but pre ordered on 17 Oct, got an order number.
No email, no texts, called EE on Tuesday and was told it should be delivered 14 days after order (even though order confirmation clearly stated 'expect delivery on 23 Oct')
Won't even let me track the order with the number I was given, my '14 days' is up on Saturday and was simply told to call again if it hasn't turned up by then.
Is this what they call customer service?
They are more than happy to take my money but not give me any idea whatsoever where my order is. Not happy to say the least and honestly wish I'd ditched EE.
Does anyone know the current status of pre-orders and where EE are up to?

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear your phone hasn't arrived yet.
If the online order tracker isn't giving any results, the only way to get an update on this would be to contact our Customer Care team.
They will be able to access your account and hopefully give you a more detailed update this time.
