On the 19th October 21 I placed an order for an iPhone 13 with trade in an iPhone 7.
I received by email the order confirmation and the trade in options:
£100 for iPhone 7/7 plus
£200 for iPhone 8/8plus
£300 for iPhone X
In the order confirmation from EE I also have the breakdown of the monthly payment for my upgrade and practicality the trade in appears as a monthly discount from my monthly bill.
Today I received an email to contact EE as information is missing.
After 3 hours spent on the phone to different people from EE and after forwarding my order confirmation email from EE, I still do not have an answer.
Honestly I do not understand what is happening, where is the mistake, but I’m expecting to receive my new iPhone as per EE order confirmation.
I cannot believe how no interest at all towards customers.
I have no fault if they are not up to date with their orders or internal issues.
If my order does not get delivered I will have to take this case forward for being sold fake product and not delivering it, because they try to convince me to change my order.

Hi @CI15
I'm not sure what you're questioning? EE can cancel your order at any time and are not obliged to provide any service to you.
Can you clarify the point and question you are asking.
Thanks

Hi @CI15
Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering.
How was the phone call left with our Mobile Care team? Is it still being looked into? Were they not able to confirm if the order was successful?
