4GEE connecting to an antenna

I have moved house. I have the 4GEE on a windowsill and it provides enough speed to power SmartTv.
However I would rather site the router adjacent to the CAT5 cable outlet in the room, where the signal is not so good.
I have a number of ideas - but would welcome more
a) Is there a way I can attach a more  powerful indoor antenna to the router?

b) can I use a third party mobile data router which has an antenna jack with the EE SIM?

c) I have  wiring to the outside that i currently do not (and don't intend to) use- i)  Co-ax to a connection spot for  a Sky dish ii) connection  spot for a BT connection. They end up in the middle of the house where CAT5 wiring comes together. However this is more than 5M from the outside.
The house is neatly wired and has all this lovely comms infrastructure - I don't want to start surface mounting.
Suggestions please.

Hi @HenGogledd.

Welcome to the community.

Do you have a 4GEE WiFi Mini, or a 4G Home Router?

The Home Router can be used with an antenna.

I have a 4G Home router- but I think that the antenna you connect to the modem improve the wifi within the house rather than receiving EE 4G signal.  House wifi isn't the problem.

Hi @HenGogledd.

Our Tech Gurus would be able to give you more information on how the antenna will work.
