Hi @pinkdodo
I'm not clear from your post whether you're reporting poor coverage in this area, or a sudden drop in service.
If you're reporting a coverage problem, have you checked the network coverage to see what is predicted for this area? It sounds like you're already aware of the WiFi calling service, which can be very useful anywhere that indoor coverage is a problem for whatever reason.
If you're reporting a short-term or sudden loss of coverage, I'd recommend using the faults & status checker , which also includes the facility to report issues and get updates on existing ones.

can get it back by resetting the apn and then restarting my phone, when I'm
at the park for example and then Internet works again. Then as soon as I'm
near their house, it stops working again and I have to reset apn and then
restart the phone again. When I get home and completely away again the
Internet won't work again until I do the whole thing again.

If toggling or amending phone settings is having this effect, then it's either purely coincidental, or your phone has a fault.
Does your phone show signal bars when you have problems using it?
And can you make & receive voice calls when your mobile data doesn't work?

both disappear. I can make calls yes.
I thought it was a coincidence but its happened every time I go to my
parents' house! I don't do anything before it goes missing, just have to
fiddle with it afterwards in order to get back my data roaming
capabilities. I don't know if its something to do with connecting to their
WiFi or something?! But it also happens even if I have my WiFi switched off
too.

What does the network coverage checker predict for your parents' home?
I included a link to the coverage checker in my second post of this thread.

ability to use data roaming because even when I return home where it
usually works, it won't after a trip to my parents, until I reset access
point names and then restart my phone, its so weird. They are our childcare
so we go there a lot.

Hi @pinkdodo.
Do you know of any other EE users who are able to use data in this area?
Has this always happened, or just started recently?

and the one time he connected to their WiFi it happened to him too....
could it be that their WiFi is doing something to my phone?! My sister is
on giffgaff and connected to their WiFi and no problems for her. It's very
strange.

Thanks @pinkdodo.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Tech Gurus about this.
They will be able to investigate further for you and help you get to the bottom of this.
Jon
