Insert sim to samsung a21s

I can't seem to get my previous sim card into my new phone, got the sim tray out but not sure where to put old sim.

Welcome to the community.

It's possible your new phone uses a smaller SIM card, the one you have may pop out into smaller sizes, if it's a multii-SIM.

What phone did you have and what phone do you have now?
