iPhone visual voicemail setup issue

Whenever I text "iPhone Visual" to 150, I always get a response back  like this... does it mean that it works? or does it mean that is has failed? I really need to have a solution and explanation to this. Thank You.IMG_0061 2.PNG

Visual Voicemail is only available to EE Pay Monthly customers.
