have to call 22242. Have tried rebooting, have texted VM ON to 150 and got message “your request to turn on conditional diverts has been successful has been successful”, whatever that means. Still no change. Help.

@Craig581 , I have visual voicemail set up, so do not ring voicemail, although it is extremely rare I get any voicemail, why not set up visual voicemail, you can do this by texting visual voicemail on, and it should then work, I am sure that is the correct, @Chris_B will correct me if I am wrong.

The voicemail short-dial is 222, from the sounds of your post this is working ok?
I suspect your speed-dial entry for "1" has been inadvertently changed, which on iOS you may be able to correct using the "favourites" feature.
Others are more familiar with iOS and are better placed to advise further.

I have a similar problem, one of my lines has visual voicemail, the other seems to not be there. How do I text visual voicemail on?

Just text visual voicemail on to 150 with the line that does not have visual voicemail on, that should solve it, otherwise if that does not work, I suggest you ring customer service to get this sorted.

Thanks, that looks helpful and I will do it when I can work out how to send a text from my secondary number not my primary.
